1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms and food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged package received
- Product received in spoiled or unusable condition
- Missing items in the order
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To raise a complaint, contact us with:

- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

3. Refund Process
After reviewing your request, we may:
- Approve a replacement product, or
- Issue a full or partial refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Fresh mushrooms after delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided
- Products returned without valid proof of damage or defect
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or not delivered, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the delivery partner and provide an appropriate resolution.
